Tom O’Hara is a hard-working and tenacious litigator who routinely maximizes the goals and objectives of his clients. Tom has earned recognition as a top trial attorney in both state and federal courts throughout Alabama. Unwavering in his professional and personal commitment to each of his clients, Tom is a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom. He has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements including a $33 million settlement on a breach of contract claim and a $1.25 million verdict on behalf of an employee on a retaliatory discharge claim. Tom also has successfully defended against numerous multi-million dollar claims. Tom’s many accomplishments as a skilled trial attorney are recognized by his inclusion in Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers for the past decade.

Tom received his B.A. degree from UCLA and his J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University. Tom is an active member of the community and his church. He enjoys coaching youth basketball at Bayside Academy in Daphne, Alabama. Tom is married to the former Lisa Tinsley of Alabaster and they reside in Daphne Alabama with their two sons.
